Post 5 times a day.
Watch videos constantly.

Do you guys do anything else?

Don't do downloads unless you know what you're doing. They are basically all malware. When you're new videos and crowdflower are the best.

DO NOT downloads unless you use sandboxie. Use Radioloyalty all day long - you get 5 points per 10 minutes.
And when you have 10-30 min to kill, do some crowdflower tasks. They are fast and pay well compared to the time you put into surveys that might or might not convert.
