Why are there very few questions about how a hand was played? And the ones that are here are not formatted like I'm used to seeing on other forums?
An example:
Poker Stars, $0.50/$1 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 4 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.
BTN: $105.15 (105.2 bb)
Hero (SB): $100 (100 bb)
BB: $105.23 (105.2 bb)
CO: $279.44 (279.4 bb)
Preflop: Hero is SB with Q A
CO folds, BTN raises to $3, Hero raises to $10, BB folds, BTN calls $7
Flop: ($21) T 5 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $11, BTN calls $11
Turn: ($43) 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $23, BTN calls $23
River: ($89) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $61.15 and is all-in, Hero calls $56 and is all-in
In this forum questions are formatted like this:
So the blinds were 200/400 with 40 ante, I had 5600 chips to start and I got AQo early position. Two players fold, and then I raise 800, two more fold and then one guy calls, everyone else folds. Flop comes Q 8 6 rainbow, I bet 2560, he shoves, I call, he has 9 7, turn comes another 6 and on the river he hits a straight with a 10.
What do you guys think, I feel like I could have shoved preflop and won the pot, but didn't want to flip for it against a small pair.
