where did my coupon go

I purchased a coupon for the $35 freeroll on carbon poker. I am unable to register for the freeroll. What am I doing wrong. Or what do I need to do to produce my coupon to register.

Coupons are sent automatically at 30, 45, 55, 59, 04, 08, past the hour

So do I just go to the registration page for the tournament Carbon poker and wait and it will show up for me

you can be anywhere on Carbon and a little window should pop up telling you that you have received it, you should have gotten it by now, try registering.

Make sure that you listed your correct poker ID for carbon poker. If you don't get it, ask for a refund. Make sure all of your info is correct. And don't worry, if you miss a tournament with a coupon, the coupon will still work for the other freerolls.

There certain times that coupon is issued. You will just have to wait to receive one
