It's all casual players trying out the game and throwing around a few dollars here and there to have fun or try to improve. I wouldn't worry about leaving a particular game a few hands after winning a big hand.
When you move up and start playing regulars and pros there is more of an etiquette that you don't hit and run them, because you don't want them doing that to you and you'll get a bad reputation.
But for the casual small stakes players, it's not a big deal either way. The goal is to make money, so if you did and left then you are keeping to a good plan.
