playing too many hands is deff number 1 and chasing draws would be two.....also bankroll management if were talking about online poker...way too many beginers play out of there BR range and they end up going broke...they want to win alot quickly thats just not how it works....

the worst thing i did when i first started was deposit. lol. shoulda avoided it for a couple years before playing.

Freeroll play is definetly different , by now i know the players enough to like playing in pokerowned freerolls and doing pretty good for the most part. But other freerolls I tend to never do well in because i don't know most the players. I prefer $22 buyin for an actual game where i can play alot of hands preflop and actually bluff my opponents. but man when i qualified for the $109 100k gtd that was a fun real game.

hmmm id say my personal biggest mistakes were learning the game, then playing the game, 5 years on still playing yup pretty big mistakes id say :P

dont play against people who dont care about the money. plain and simple you will go broke everytime if you do

Number one is definitely the biggest problem, playing way too many hands pre-flop and watching your stack go down too quickly.
