Whether you want junk mail or not, you have to use your real information when filling out forms. Using fake or invalid info can get your offers reversed and you banned from offer walls.

Better create a separate email for the surveys that u do. otherwise your mail will be bombarded with spam. i made that mistake and it took like a couple of months just to unsubscribe from all that.

Create a second email only for PO. I don't do offers that require a physical address

Ya I made the mistake of using my own email and now I have about 10000 unread emails.
