there is no strat for these kinda games.....its like expecting to run into rush hr traffic and not get smashed by a car.....grab ur helmet and hold on!!! all i can say

Play good cards and play them aggressively. Also, expect a lot of variance.

play a freeroll just like any other tournament.....except dont try trap as much. if u have a hand , bet it bigger than usual. freerolls are full of calling machines and donks who will call ur allin with 56 if they have any chips
