ive been running cold i get JJ against A rag alot

It happens. If you start playing scared your results will just get worse.

Lately I feel like I have been getting cold cards or when I do get a half decent hand like AQ some one will catch AA and bust me. I feel like this is hurting my game because it makes me scared to raise or even call on occasion. Any suggestions for how to get over it? Should I practice more or take a while off to get my head straight?

AJ has been bad to me because people will always find 77 and i don't hit any of my cards.

I have been running bad and getting called by donks that want to give me there chips. Now i have been playing really tight so i am on the FT i shove all in with AJ clubs i have 6 bb on the bttn BB calls for 95% of her chips with Q7 off flop 6AJ all spades right then and there i new i was fked she had 7 spades and of course turns the flush she stacked off 8k more with that hand and sucks out what you gonna do
