once you refer someone and they sign up using your personal referral pokerowned address, you then will get a percentage of the points that they earn.. they must earn points for you to earn any

ya, if u have refferals,whitch can earn points, because i can`t, i`m rom bulgaria and my ip don`t let me go to do offers for more points, i can just watch videos

They've got to make points for you to get a cut of any. I think it's in the faq section.
