earn 40 points and the opt in and 15 minutes before the tournament if you opted in, the password will appear

It depends on the freeroll. Different sites sponser different freeroll. See who is sponsoring the freeroll and go to that site. You may have to do a number of posts before they'll provide the pw to you.

what to do with the fpp on pokerstars? i have about 400 now so i was thinking of saving them for something from the store, but maybe some tournaments?
