How can I cancel the purchase of coupons I have done? [Carbon Poker] not getting my e-mail address And therefore I can not play tournaments so I want my points back]

So you didnt receive the coupons on your carbon account? I think you're saying your not email verified. So I would get your account verified and see if you get them. If not, pm Zab and he'll help you out. One time, I never got credited my coupon and I had the right username and everything. The coupon just got cancelled and I didnt get my points. So I pm'd Zab and he gave my points back.
