22 is a great hand! And the best thing it is good for is losing your chips to a bigger set!

never fold 22 that sounds silly as hell. 22 will see an over to the board 100% of the time guys get with it, no problem with set farming though

It's only good if you can see the flop cheaply, preferably by limping.
You are kinda relying on hitting set on flop, and if I am not mistaken Barry Greenstein mentions that only every 7.5 times you will hit set.
Not to mention that hitting set doesn't mean you will have the best hand especially on a wet board.
