Why I did this is because my inital account I signed up with was done with a mistake to email addy and I couldnt sign in or figure how to correct this.
The second one made for reason above has been blocked? I'm guessing multi accounts aren't allowed for obv reasons
So I ask politely if both above can be wiped off records and that I be allowed to use this account.

You are right, multiple accounts are not allowed for obvious reasons. There is also another account tied to you that was created in 2013. Does this one belong to you as well?
