Knowing when to value bet or when to just check because you have showdown value is huge.
Overplaying pocket pairs. (Most of the time you're flipping at best)
Risking too much with hands you're unsure about.
Bankroll management.

Overplaying hands and thinking top pair is the nuts because it rarely is. Most fish struggle to fold top pair or overpairs. Or calling with the 2nd or 3rd nuts to a river raise against a player who is not capable of turning made hands into bluffs. And even if he is bluffing like 10% of the time over the long term its not a profitable call. What distinguishes a loosing from a winning player is that winning player loose less from their 2nd best hands and loosing players go broke.
