How about beginners tend to play too many hands (although I see it with supposed experienced players too) and over value suited cards or playing with too much emotion. Emotions are a part of the game but they must be controlled and I am pretty sure most of us forget how much emotions can take over your game..you can pretty well guess the outcome from there. Just a couple to add to the list...

managing money is probably the biggest, no money=no poker... but play wise the two big ones you see probably from every beginner is chasing every draw and over playing a good starting hand that misses completly

Playing over bankroll and chasing losses, is the worst thing to do, it always kills your bankroll and u go bust. dont do it.

I would say as mentioned above playing too many hands, as well as thinking people are bluffing more often than they are.
