I have always heard optimum is .75 skill and .25 luck

luck is always a factor in games of chance. what makes someone better though is having the knowledge (math/psychology/strategy) needed to constantly make better decisions than their opponents.

it is the luck of the cards you get with the skill/math of knowing when and how much to bet. How much to bet is the math part, when is the skill part

I could not agree more. Post flop play especially can take a lifetime to master

MATH is king. It builds roads,and most everything else. Poker is an exception in SOME cases. there is no BLUFF in mathematics.. HIGH stakes , math is good.
