Poker is the most simple/Complicated game ever invented. Hints the reason people get so intrigued by playing it. For those that say math has not place in poker you are completely wrong. Math should be the basis of the decision you make. Pot odds/ set mining all of the above. If you are on a draw it helps to use pot odds, implied odds, reverse implied odds. If you pick up any poker book worth reading it references math the entire time for decision making purposes.

To the guy saying its a free roll tournament you don't need math. At what point do you stop playing small pp. You have a 15 percent chance of hitting a set. Which should only be in the very beggining of tournament. Playing them trying to hit a set later on is wrong every time. As far as luck goes. I would say luck is the short term win or loss giving the percentage(math) that was suppose to happen or not happen. Often referred to as varience. Google any terms. STUDY THE MATH. (rant complete)

15% is high suk
it's a little over 8 to 1 so the math on that is 1/8.1 = 12.34% approxWhen I set out to get rich;
I failed miserably.
When I set out to help people;
They made me rich!
