I've signed up for a couple sites , and both cant verify my location , im sure because im not in new jersey, is there a way i can get a money account and still get my winnings even if i live in Arizona?

If you're trying to play on the Jersey sites from Arizona, no you won't be able to play. It's restricted to NJ residents.
