Its impossible how I am losing important hands on river card... I am sure that you know that situations, when you are sure that you are better than "the other guy" and you are trying to get maximum of chips from him... so trying check-raise or small raises like "I have nothing I am just trying to steal pot" ... but then came river card and everything is wrong

The best way to reduce the frequency of this happening is to make sure you're betting enough to protect your hand. Make it expensive for him to suck out on you.
