Simple answer.. To protect your hands, more pressure on your opponent than on you, smaller range for your opponent to continuously 3 bet and float.
Just makes it 10000x more easier for anyone to profit and gives us regulars a higher ev overall.

The advice seems pretty standard, it is good but you might be thinking too much into things. You could make it much more simple by just saying "be unpredictable" and be "aggressive". Also find out what level your opponents thinking is on and stay just slightly above his thought process. Dont put yourself on level 7 when your opp is on level 3, all you will do is own yourself.
