Start with 1. Learn to read a table, become a winning player with 1 table. Then move to 2, then 4, then 6, then 8 etc.

Play 1 and keep track of profits after 100 games.. then play 2 and do the same.. keep adding and recording profit.. you will kno when u reach your max that u can get max profit from.. i like to play 5 or 6 myself..

Pretty much as many as you can reasonably handle... My self I like no more than 4 tables at a time. Even 4 at times seems rather hectic.

Be sure before you can handle 2 tables before you add anymore.... I can always recognize multi table players...They take forever to play every hand!!!

I think it best if you concentrate on one then move to another and so on...that's my 2 cents worth...maybe less...I'm just saying

start with one until you are consistently winning and then look to grind further. i can't handle more than 7-8 without play horribly yet and i've been playing for a few years seriously.

My suggestion would be to focus less on mutltitabling at this point and focus more on reading and applying what you've read to your game. If you insist on multitabling then start with two and play no more then four until you are comfortable playing more. Also keep in bankroll management in mind. The more tables you play the smaller stakes you will need to play so that you can handle the swings.
