just bought in freeroll on carbon took my pts but cant join in freeroll

When you purchase a ticket for Carbon, you need to make sure it's issued to the right screen name, which is the name you show up as at the tables.

Carbon tickets are auto-issued, and as long as you have you you just simply click register for the PokerOwned game you want to enter.
