Having troubble registering in poker client!!

When i try and register,i will put a 11 character player name and put i am a male. but when i try and register it says that i must have a player name between 3 and 12 characters, when i just put a 11 character player name in.It also switchs my gender to a female lmao....can any one help me with this please??

Zab is gonna have to adjust your screen name - it has the 12 character limit on your name here. Send a support ticket in with the name you want and he'll change it for you.
