I have hard time keeping my own advice, but I agree being patient is worth it. You start off with reasonably big stack and with BB being 20, there's no reason to rush. Though if there's like 3k+ field I usually shove reasonable hands ATs+, 99+ etc. Private freerolls are bit different.... depends on the field, though. I'll adjust to whatever table I'm playing at.

here's a strategy if you want ,call with any ace ,jack, queen as long as preflop is not a sizeable percent of your stack you get top pair all in,with a pair look for a set,sure you'll get knocked out alot but you'll catch alot of people chasing,once you get a big stack put pressure on the blinds.
