Poker is not illegal in the US. Using the US banks to fund accounts is.
Where you live will make a difference, if you are outside of the US, you have alot of great options. In the US there are very few right now.

Poofy is correct. The UIEGA doesn't even mention poker. As there is skill involved. So it's not really gambling.

That's why I'm at Carbon, at least there I can play freerolls and earn cash to play with. Can't do that on PokerStars anymore ::cry::

Well, I haven't decided Carbon is good *LOL* Still getting used to it a bit. And if you read every post when someone loses, Carbon is the worst and sucks and all that bad stuff.

All sites are the same as far as bad beats go. If you think otherwise then you have made yourself believe that crap. they all use the same thing a RNG and we all know theres nothing random about them. the only true random shuffle is 7 shuffles with real cards and that is a fact.. Im surprised merge is still standing after they got the big 3 but that was cause they were under the radar now they arent..
