Earning Points

I have been trying to earn points to play in the games and I have had one issue. I downloaded some type of utility for my pc but I was never rewarded the specified points. I tried to post this in powerowned chat and talk but it wouldn't let me post there so Who do I contact?

It seems as if some of them don't end up paying out and then you are stuck with the malware
