Can I get a Points refund?

I just signed up 2 days ago. I spent 150 points on a Carbon Poker Ticket, but I accidently had the wrong screenname and was denied. But my 150 points was lost. Is there any way to get back those 150 points?

If a ticket was issued, no. If a ticket was not issued I believe you can. Gotta be careful with your sn's and account #'s.

No, I don't think a ticket was issued. How do I get the refund? I accidently typed in my pokerowned name (pokapoka).

I believe you go to the "request refund" link under the "help desk" tab near the top of the page. I've never reqested a refund from merge freeroll before so it may be different. If that doesn't work I would try to contact Poofy directly though the chat box or via pm.
