Playing is the best way. Reading and watching poker is also very good.

play and learn your leaks defiently need a tracker program like HEM2 or PT4

Read some articles (f.e. about poker ABC), watch videos and play (start from freerolls).

I agree with most on this forum. Read read read. Don't try to follow what people do on the internet. That will only get you into trouble in the long run.
