Best way to halt a losing streak

I would suggest taking a day or two break. Then start with lower limits.

When I hit a serious down streak, I start looking for things to put near the computer (and that I can rub):

I also try to post things online like leprechauns, horseshoes, unicorns

And then eat a lot of Chinese food to get the Fortune Cookies
