best starting hand in holdem is AA ofcourse. But whats gonna happened after river.. ? Never start a hand with AA like "oh I have aces I am going allin whatever will happened. read the hand always from beginng to the end.

for me it's Q10 same color, you have chance for a straight color high pair, it's the best hand i ever played
