had a couple of bad plays but not bad beats recently, i seem to be getting away from it more now im aware of situations, I had A4 suited i raised SB BB follow, 3 way pot the flop came down 7 A Q, Small and big blind checked i raised and small blind raises, bb calls I folded.... thats right i folded my pair of aces... glad i did it got check down to the river 7 A Q 9 5 the cards were turned and the small blind shows A J and bb Q 7, i was behind both of them and avoided disaster.
then a guy i was in a cash game with on sky poker i manged to tilt after he got bad beated by me .. i raised £1.20 he re-raised to £3 i called... the flop came down A K J rainbow flop, he raises to £5.25.. i re-raised to £10.50, he shoves all-in, and i call. £45 in the pot, he turns over KK... darn he's got trips. I turn over Q 10..... whoops!!!! my straight looks nice lol , turn and river dont help him and £45 is mine muhahahaha

bad beats are just a part of the game, they happen to all of us and we give back as well.

I've had such a bad bad day today. Played ten minutes on 5 tables on FTP. First game, first hand on BB I get AA and I'm thinking "Awesome, today's going to be a lucky day". Get one raise OTB and I all in, he calls with KTo. I'm thinking bloody EPIC, it flops 8,4,2 all diamonds. I start to sweat as his ten is a diamond and my aces are heart spade. 9 spade and I relax a bit, and then he gets a diamond on the river. Good bye buy in #1 . A few hands later on one of the other tables I get AA again and lost it to pocket 3's hitting a 3 on the turn. Buy in #2 gone. On the third table I lost my third buy in with KK against AK because the villain hit a straight. Overall a terrible day so I decided to go play some freerolls.

This is how my luck has been lately...raised to 300 preflop. Bet 960 on the flop...all in on the turn. =\ Two hands before this one I had QJ and the flop was QJ4...the same guy went all in on the flop with pocket 8s (yes, only two cards in the deck could have saved him, and he all inned!) and caught an 8. -.- I think its time for me to quit poker for a while. lol. or maybe try UB, but theres fewer tourneys there. :S Or maybe I need to stop trying to play the good hands and depend on luck like most of the people in the BRM tourneys do. -.-
