I have heard of nobody here at Poker Owned having problems with this, however, since Amazon Gift Cards are used here as a way of converting points, I thought it would be good to post this article. I personally buy all the amazon gift cards here and send them via PM.
This doesnt effect us"And Shepherds we shall be. For thee, my Lord, for thee.
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand. Our feet may swiftly carry out Thy commands.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be.
In Nomeni Patri Et Fili Spiritus Sancti."

Yes, this scam is for the truly gullible, and using PokerOwned in the normal way you will be fine. The scam only catches people silly enough to click links in unsolicited emails. But since we use Amazon Gift Cards here, I thought it would be a good idea to keep everyone aware. If you trade points or poker cash for a gift card, be careful that you know what you are getting is legit. From this site, you shouldn't have any problems, but in a player-to-player trade, you should be careful.
