watching videos of games the pros certainly raise in most situations with the knowledge that they have the best hand before flop.
After that if called and the flop/turn looks ugly they certainly keep their bets low or if necessary fold.
all in only means that most won't call in real tournaments, and if called they are still no certainties against other high pairs.

Your question is very general. It depends what you are playing, the stack you have and also your opponents. But I would say that in most cases don't slowplay them, trust me. If you face a very aggressive opponent or you have a very short stack then slowplay them

I have played rockets rocket in so many ways and I concluded that all depends on the position and your stack, if you are UTG and your stack is low or very big the best option is push but if you are in botton is better 3bett.
