download and install

mostly it wont get counted on spot,

take a screenshot of the program running, upload the picture to TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting

after 15 minutes, click at "get help" through super rewards

you will find the task not rewarded, click at help, send the image link to the support team

soon you will find 1330 points in your accounts

did this about 15 minutes ago...went to help and it shows a help link for all others but this one...shows a clock instead. I presume it means i gotta wait a bit longer. Hoping this works..will report for the rest of yous!

got a response from them after the help thing showed up. they asked for a confirmation email which i DID NOT get. I Sent the pic of the program running on my pc and then when i responded to that email they said someone would get at me in 3 days pr less...UGGGGH!

I've been having trouble with everything lately. Only thing that seems to work are forum posts and videos.

you just have to explain in the reply, that this is a download task and doesn't require an email,

out of 100 support requests I send to super rewards, they solve 100,

if you uploaded the pic for them, and sent it already,

you should receive the points in less than 24 hours from now, I got them in 1 hour, maybe it was the working hour today for them

Yeah i have had the same problem recently nothing works at all, videos, and maybe one out of every 10 offers credits points at all, and its fucked my puter up.

sometimes it happens to me also

but never through super rewards, it takes time, but it gets into account for sure in less than 24 hours

just contact the support, keep the emails received, and the screenshots,

Thanks jessy..i have the screen shots of the fixila. I tried several more, a few downloads and some info submits..NONE have credited. Do i need to file for everyone one of them or can I just say look at all these offers and credit them!..i will be frustrated until points start showing up!
