Consider who and where you are playing, that makes all the difference in the world. I personally dislike the time bank cause i think it is miss used.

yeah, i notice that alot. usually doesnt effect me, but sometimes when i am ss and blinds are creeping, u see ppl take every last second and time bank, then blinds go up. its a losers tactic imo. i play same speed whenever, time when toygh decision, or just not focused, but i never do it to be a schmuck, just no class in it.

Its a strategy that i personally dont use. Slowing down to try and cash is a little different but they're both annoying. Especially sux when someone is stalling when its hand for hand. I really think that a lot of players that stall on the bubble dont know what hand for hand is.
