I cant lie, I will slow my play a bit near the bubble, espically on a middle or short stack, if im not close to being in the blind. Blinds going up make the others in front of me make moves faster and can help me get to the money in the long run.

Im sorry, but if you're sitting on 2 or 3 BB's with the blinds coming up on you and time being close, im going to take my time. now you have 1-2 BB's and its more likly you'll get several callers to knock you out.

It is a pain, but if I'm sitting bubble boy I may slow down hoping for someone else to screw up. But I won;t do it to raise the blind price regardless of my stack or position.

well at least the people are being honest about it plus its easy for someone to say its your own fault that you have been card dead etc but if you are playing in a tight low limit tourney it cant always be so easily avoided

It's their time they can use it as they see fit. It may be an unpopular strategy, but it's legal, so it's okay.
