    I'm still new so I've never even considered taking notes on players! I've seen people in the casinos take notes on their bets...like hands dealt at black jack or whatnot, but never considered it myself. I guess if I ever get into a serious tournament, I will bring my pad and pen

    Yeah i should take more notes than i do but its hard to take notes that relevant that you can use in the future.

    yes all of your notes should be separate - tourney, ring, real money, freeroll - once you start to combine them you are asking for trouble

    Notes really help me out sometimes - every once in a while, they mislead me when a player decides to change his/her game. But for the most part, and especially on the PO tourneys where you see the same players daily, the notes are crucial

    yea taking notes changed my game, especially playing against donks.. it really pays off!
