Not a fan of them, but it favors the tight player and gives people their best odds at winning if you take skill out of the equation.

I hate double up sit n go. Generally your sitting with a large number or rocks, conservatives, and otherwise solid players. In the end unless your playing large stakes and winning almost all of the games you play it's a small return on a large time investment.

i like the $5 and $10 double up SnG's. They are a easy way to build up a bankroll pretty quick. The small ones suck.
