I grind double up sit and gos all the time. Withing the last three days I am
Up about $25 in about 20 to 30 $3.24 double ups. They are a great way to build a bankroll and are very low variance. I know a guy at another forum that lost his job and was able to
Pay his bills by grinding out the double ups until he was able to get another jobs.

    thats awesome!

double ups are time consuming but a def a way to build a bankroll....

the only thing i hate is the set up hands... more than once i have taken 3 maybe even four people out and still bubbled because of losing with ace ace or a high pair---- once your up, sit back... but dont get blinded out....

I only played one once. I really don't enjoy them. I rather the 1-2-3 payouts than just try and double my money each and everytime

Double ups don't fit the style of an aggressive player like me...just sitting waiting for hands, LOL...

Another good reason is that at least on Merge, the rake on the Double Ups is relatively cheap, at $0.08 for the $1.00 D/U, or 8% of the buy-in, compared to 10% for other SnGs or even 20% for the Fast Fifty SnG. I think the FF is a total racket.
