Some you guys might not know about:
Hogwild Poker (never played there, but I've heard only good things)
BetOnline (old interface; no antes, but soft)
Sportsbook.ag (merge network, never played there; I tried once, had issues depositing and support couldn't help)
Sportsbetting.ag (now part of revolution network, but not horrible cash out times, weak on traffic and game selection tho)
Colt Poker (revolution ntwk, now merged with juicy stakes, but independent software for those that downloaded it before they merged, just better looking skin, not as outdated)
5 Dimes (winning ntwk, just another skin with a sportsbetting/casino base, nothing special and bad reviews)

Pokerstars software was blocked for U.S. users because they were the ones that were in the system but now they moved to canada most to continue playing.
