Generally, I think I win more with SNGs - but that's probably just because I play a lot more of them than MTTs - don't have the time to devote to a lot of MTTs. Need time for cash games as well, in order to smooth out the variance

got to find a site with a sportsbook connected... like merge used to be to get the overflow of bad players... anyone who still plays online in US thinks they are really good and can be profitable or has a serious gambling problem

small stakes (?0.5-1 or1-2) live holdem (casino style as opposed to home game) is fantastic if you can remain sober long enough for the night long grind.

The real secret to winning is to run like God. And I'm not talking about some silly Roman god, but a real vengeful fire-and-brimstone type of God. What you want to be doing is putting your money all-in when you have less than 6 outs, that should assure a victory on most online poker clients.

It's definitely more profitable to play cash games over tourneys, but it's all on what kinda game you like to play. Wanna play uber tight, then stick to tourneys, like to play a little loose, cash games are definitely the way to go.
