I can only say this in terms of my experience (I play a lot of omaha heads up) - if you think your flop play is superior, just being consistent preflop is key. I play a lot of "textbook" players all of the time who raise / cbet on the flop - I might call them with 9 2 because when they check on the flop they are out of moves to make.
