It looks like you can't read very well. He tips an EXTRA 1-2.5% if he's done well. That doesn't include the $1-$10 he was tipping for every hand he won.
I'm from Vegas and have lots of friends that are in the service industry. I believe strongly in tipping, but don't believe it's necessary when you're losing. I can be cheap, if a pot is less than $15 and I'm down I probably won't tip. Most pots I'll tip $1. If it's a decent pot, say $50+ I'll usually toss them $2. I've also done it where I win a few little pots and don't tip when I take the pot, but will toss the dealer a couple chips before they switch out.I'm gonna give that bitch a freeroll, bitches love freerolls.

Frankly, I find this to be ridiculous. I would never tip $100 on a $1000 pot. Or even $20 on a $200 pot for that matter. But, I don't know where you are dealing but I wouldn't be here talking down to me right now. I'd be out enjoying all my money because even 1% of every dollar that changed hands all night would be a ridiculous about of money. And your (minus when bums like me win) making 10 times that. Truth be told, I've almost always found myself to be one of the best tippers at the table. I'm also not shy about speaking up about someone not tipping because I know the dealer can't say it. In the end I am there to make money and ten percent would be entirely to much off of my bottom line. And I'm sorry if that's up setting*
*I'm not really sorry

hmm interesting thread. I generally tip 1 dollar even if i just win a small 6 dollar pot. But then I also only tip 2 dollars-3 dollars if the pot is 200.
I think the fact that i Tip 1% roughly on the bigger pots, evens out the high percentage i lose from small pots. I tend to try not make money by stealing blinds, as i feel if Im tipping each time i win, i have to be stealing too high of a time, to make it worthwhile.
