Usually when I tilt I quit playing poker and start playing Blackjack ... I finally set up a responsible gaming exclusion for all casino games, this should help a bit.

IMO the best way to prevent from tiliting works both when you win a big hand and when you lose one. just simply fold the next three hands, no matter what. even if they are aces. That works for me because i seem to have an aweful run then an awesome one and vice versa. On many occasions i have won a massive pot only to lose most it all by hitting a premium set on the flop and other people donking. Most people seem to think that when you win a large pot, you will suddenly try to bully them, not saying we dont, just that it isn't ALWAYS the case.
Hope it helped.

I just say if you get a bad beat and are on tilt take a deep breath and focus on the game, and then waiting for a donk to slip up and give you some chips....idk about foldin aces though, good luck
