you should probably always raise kk or aa preflop. its even a prettty easy call usually if someone puts you all in pre

never limp with AA or KK...limping can cause others to call with weak hands and hit on the flop..
most time give a little raise..smooth call occasionally from late position

i dont always raise pre with AA and KK I would say about 5% I will just limp in but I know its my fault when it loses.

it depends a lot on the table. if you're shorthanded and they've been folding to small raises then you could try limping. if your post flop play isn't that great then I would just raise.

I do not think it is smart to ever slowplay unless if you have some aggro monkey at the table that you know will bet into you off the bat.
