Learn to accept variance. Even a set of 999v AA will lose 8% of the time. I focus on "Did I make the correct decision?" And just move on. You will also get a few suckouts from time to time. They even out.

suckouts are part of the game. good players will get more bad beats then they give out.

some just don't know how to bet, so they push it in....rarely can you wait till all the cardz are on the table, before an All In
