try cheap tourneys with big payouts, there will be lots of players, but it would be worth it in both prize and experience.

I have never been the player to choose SnG tournaments over cash games however at this level and BR, SNG will be the best option to grind your BR up. I personally set a goal to have 100 BB for what ever game I'm planning to play but at the same time, I cannot dip into my BR more than 10% a day playing cash games.
So with a $200 BR I can just begin playing .01/.02 tables. Now you dont necessarily have to save up until you get 100x the BB in whatever game you choose to play, however allowing yourself rebuys for the inevitable suck outs and bad beats will definitely help.

Update-
Donked away all my SWC chips
On a brighter note - This morning I was in a gambling mood so I searched the net for black jack strategies and found THIS black jack strategy chart and a video explaining the martingale approach. Basically the idea is to play the lowest stakes ($1 on juicy) every time you lose double the bet. So starting at 1 you win a game or two then lose one double to 2 lose again double again and so on till you win which brings the BR back to break even plus all the profit from the first few wins. Then reset back down to the lowest stake.
After joining about 20 or 30 different free casino bankroll offers (and probably earning someone a but load of affiliate money) I decided what the heck try it out on juicy. After about 15 min of play my bankroll grew from $14 to $50!
Even if your not into blackjack it was fun to play this system. I personally have been interested in blackjack ever since the movie 21 came out a few years back. Anyways give it a try on a free blackjack table like the one bovada provides HERE
In all honesty I do NOT recommend this strategy for building a bankroll from such a small amount of money as $10-20. There were two or three occasions if I'd not won a hand my BR would have been down to only a few dollars. For example one time I'd lost 4 hands in a row and was risking $16 of a $20 ish stack. This happened again around the $30 and one time earlier on.
The point is it only works if you have enough money to keep doubling the bet.
