i think double ups are the best way to build a bankroll as you do not have to be in the top to get winnings

but truthfully.... Any type of game is good for br building.... Mtt, sng, ring.... As long as u grind it out and are a winning player.... And if course play within your br limit.... You shouldnt have a problem building your br......

The key is playing within your limit.... Unlike me....
