the most bang for your buck is ne game that you make it in the money and increase your bankrooll try never to be to greedy and go for gold when you only have silvers lol bankroll management 101 but i will say the 5.50 9 man sit and go's are fun but you realy should be playing the 2.20 9 man or 18 man if you have 50 bucks or less in your bankroll

It's depending where you play your SNG!
If you play your SNG and you are micro player you should go with $1.10 or $2.20 in PokerStars and the same goes for FTP.

sit and goi means
when a certain number of people join the tournament ie sit down then the game starts ie it goes
so it may be a 10 person game
10 people sign up it starts start away no waiting around for a certain time
