That's an obvious terrible suckout, but i have a question none-the-less, you only had a two pair with a below average flush draw going into the river, why were you still in the hand at the river?

That makes no sense. i understand the flop check because he holds all the cards that could have hit it has he has the other 2 Jacks and an eight. But i dont believe someone could check the flop bet 25cent on turn and shove $20 on river. How can someone play so slowly then shove all in for 5 times pot.

My opinion of a cooler is a hand you cant really fold. If someone is reraising you and shoving on a flush flop where you have top set, i think although sick you can fold there. Its a bit of a cooler alright but not a huge one.
